City Lights is an illuminated "building" block construction set. Each block has a set of LEDs and make contact with a conductive playing board. The boards are powered by a "power station" block with a rechargable battery. Blocks change color as they rotate. They also can illuminate when stacked or placed anywhere on the board. After play time, the blocks can be stored inside the conductive base. There are three theme sets in this prorotype including a city, a castle and a circus.
